1.Why we must replace the conventional inks with UV LED inks if use UV LED?

The different between mercury lamp and UV LED as below:

1)The wave range of mercury lamp is 250nm-410nm,it also with IR heating effect.

2)The wave of LED is pure,and it only with 365nm,385nm,395nm and 405nm.

If you do not replace the inks,the UV LED can not curing all the conventional inks.

2.Is that UV LED inks can match all the different wave of UV LED?

NO!The best effect is use the wave matching UV LED inks.For example,365nm UV LED with pure wave 365nm inks.

3.If we use UV varnish,would you give me a successful solution?

Of course!We had successful solution of mix wave of UV LED before.
